Disciples Know and Trust their Father — Disciples Know and Trust God their Father. Following the Spirit is an act of knowing, trusting, and loving the Father. The Spirit doesn’t lead us out of fear. He leads us by confirming that we are His children. We are led by love. The Bible is a book of overcoming conflict, and from the beginning, the people of God reveal God to the world, by living in His power and holding tightly to His loving, faithful nature. Will we have faith, especially when we do not understand?
