Christianity 104: Worship Lifestyle — Worship, the expression of reverence and awe, is not a lukewarm, token response borne out of religious duty or traditional, repetitive response. It is unquestionably intentional and counter to the flesh and pressures of societal thought patterns. Worship displaces worry at the center of our life. It helps us to lock on to the peace that passes understanding and shapes our worries and concerns into prayers. Lifestyle worship is about coming into alignment with the heart of God in everything. As we correct our vision in worship, we are empowered to pray, prophesy, and declare God’s intervention into a matter.
